Mud, Spoutwoods, Faeries, and More Mud!

One of my biggest events of the year, the May Day Fairie Festival at Spoutwood Farm, was a complete wash this year. Literally. The ground was so saturated and the mud so treacherous that they had to cancel the final day of the event for the first time in its 26 year history.

Everyone there took a big hit in terms of sales, damage to fixtures, costuming, products, etc – but most of us have the ability to make up for that loss. The Farm just has the Faerie Fest.

What you may not know is that the farm is a non-profit organization and depends on revenue from ticket sales at the event to help sustain the work that they do year round.

To that end, since I was unable to peddle my books at all this weekend and know that I have fans who wanted book #2, I will be donating all of the royalties on my e-books for the month of May back to the farm.

If you want to read my stories and help out a great organization at the same time, please visit https://www.amazon.com/Robert-A-Turk/e/B0110GEJ36

If ou would rather just donate directly to the farm, that is great too! You can do that at: http://www.spoutwood.org/donate/
Thank you.
