Gandersnitch Goes to the Ren Fest!

gsnitchHello lemmings!

There was supposed to be a story today, but I mucked that all up by taking a visit back in time! Or forward in time… Or… Crap! I don’t know. Those stinky TARDIS boxes are dangerous!

Anyways, I spent yesterday at the Ohio Renaissance Festival, making new friends, bothering old enemies, hunting for mermaids, riding the rides, being tempted by all the wonderful wares and foods, and ultimately having a great time. Don’t believe me? Check it out for yourself in my short documentary video of my day. Enjoy! -G

P.S. I am supposed to assure you that the story will be posted on Thursday this week instead. It is done, it just needs some editing and stuff.

Progress Report: updates on just about everything!

I don’t have any earth shattering news today, but I do have so many different irons in the fire that I figured I should take a moment to touch on most of them. Now that the kids are back in school (and there have been no more issues) and the house is silent, I have…

Gencon 2015 Recap

Another GenCon has come and gone, plus a drive to and from St. Louis to pick up the kids, and we are starting to recover from the exhausting trip. Of course, instead of relaxing last night, we had to scrub the floors in three rooms. It seems the dogs managed to outsmart our barricades without…

“Use the tool, don’t be a tool!” – Gandersnitch Rants

One of the greatest things about social media, is that we can learn about things happening in the world as they happen, with potentially a great purity of message. News no longer has to be filtered through a corporate lens or distilled into sound bites. Twitter, facebook, and the like have in some ways made…

Recap – Lexington Comic Con

This past weekend I was at the Lexington Comic Con to promote my first book, The Completely Inappropriate Tales of Gandersnitch the Goblin (available right now on amazon.com) I will confess that I became increasingly stressed out in the days leading up to the event, as the products I have been selling at conventions and…
